I heard something so sad. People were asked why it might be that no1 stopped to help and they said they are scared of a law suit being brought against them. It seems that this has happened many times there. Someone tries to be a good Samaritan and in return is dumped with a lawsuit. This scared me. This is what our world is coming to. People are afraid to do good and help others because they are afraid of the repercussions.
