Leading Gedolim in Eretz Yisroel have released a statement removing the ban which was placed on the Electra company, for their role in construction at Jewish gravesites.
The short statement is written and signed by the Bais Din of Hagon Rav Nissim Karelitz.
A second note was added at the bottom of the letter, and was signed by Hagon Rav Chaim Kanievskey, Hagon Rav Michel Yehuda Lefkowitz, & Hagon Rav Nissim Karelitz.
The second note states that the Electra Company has accepted upon themselves to use caution in any place (of constuction), as not to damage any kevarim, and since they have agreed to this – the ban has been ended effective immediately.

At the time of the ban, executives of the Electra Company were reportedly angered over the Eida Chareidis boycott of the firm in light of renewed excavations at a Jaffa construction site.
Electra had released a message to the media, with company officials angrily insisting there was no connection with the company involved in the Jaffa excavations and the electronic company which also manufactures air conditioning units.
Corporate officials released a message to the chareidi media, insisting the shares of the Electra Company involved in the excavations had been transferred to another firm, as can be confirmed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, rejecting any legitimacy to a chareidi boycott. They felt that “elements” are misusing the Eida to launch an boycott against the firm, a boycott that lacks any justification.
