i doubt you can get into bnos as staff if you were not a camper. I believe, chaviva is the new segula. Chaviva and Malka are new camps so they do not have a camper base to get staff from so they have to take girls who were not there as campers. girlzone is supposed to be an amazing experience and i think it is easy to get in as staff.
