hashem wants us to be in contact with him as much as possible, to have the closest and warmest bond. Daven for anything, talk to Him in the middle of the day, even if it isn’t Minyan time yet. Of course He will answer you either yes or no, but He’ll be so happy to hear your beautiful voice, like a Tatte loves to hear his little kid’s voice no matter what he has to say.
