I think that repeated exposure with members of the opposite gender leads to a gradual breakdown of sensitivity to tznius. There are a number of reasons this happens I’m sure, some mentioned above, like “collegiality in the work place” and even just having to deal with the secretary of the boss or some such things. It’s a reality and there’s not much that can be done when men work together with women.
The yetzer hara comes on strong and tries to convince us to stay in that great paying job because there aren’t so many available, and “what’s the difference of talking to a few men – it’s no big deal”. I truly hope that you will be rewarded for your efforts not to succumb to this ploy by the y.h. and will quickly find a great paying job in an environment that will let you keep your sensitivities in place.
