Are you afraid to call Hatzolah because they will tell the whole neighborhood or are you afraid because all your neighbors will ask ARE YOU OK and WHAT HAPPEND?..Which you are probably not in the mood to answer
Hatzolah people are not allowed to speak to others about a call, now if you are afraid someone you know will answer, I dont have an answer
