The Gemara has some very harsh words for someone who composes a song from a Passuk. R’ Moshe has a Tshuvah about it where he cites the Poskim that say this is only about Pesukim from Shir Hashirim. There is no Heter whatsoever to sing a song from Pesukim in Shir Hashirim. Personally, I erase those songs when I back up music from any CDs of mine onto my computer.
