Crush fresh garlic, crushed onion (in the garlic press) and chopped dill with some lemon juice, olive oil and some salt. Mix it into a paste and spread it over the salmon. Marinate and bake uncovered.
When salmon is on sale my wife makes me make that two or three times a week.
