Perhaps they did not actually write it, but if they okayed the release with their name on it, they must have told someone the points they wanted to make and allowed that person or committee to put in a polished form. Also, maybe it is more comfortable for Mrs. Kletzky to be formal in public and use her first name, rather than the familiar name her friends and family use.
