im one of those people who is addicted to their iphone… but during davening that phone is SHUT OFF!!it all shtemend from a vort i heard about distractions.if your cellphone being on doesnt let you tap into the tefillah ,and it distracts you from doing what really counts in this world than you have to limit its use.dont let your cell phone take over your life if it wont let you have 100% focus on what you are doing than you need to lessen it. – all in all its already hard to concetrate nd keep focus during davening without a cellphone…nd tefillah is such a vital part of our day. EVERYTHING DURING OUR DAY IS DEPENDENT ON THIS TEFILLAH.we have to try to put our all into it!!
