In NO sense do things occur according to “laws of nature” that Hashem created. the “laws of nature” are simply the ways in which Hashem limits his actions. that’s one reason why He is called Ne’eman. that’s one reason why he is called Shadai, the limiting one.

we say somewhere in the Davening in the morning that Hashem creates the world anew every moment. if so what the Ramchal (Derech Hashem) says must logically be so. think about it.
