I haden’t really noticed this phenomenon. However, I don’t think it is Ek Velt. Do you really think that for an observer there is such a difference between 2 inches under and 2 inches over? Staring is Assur even at a pinky. You have to dress Tzniusdik, and you did. The only Tznius issues that bother me are the Emporer’s Tights and skirts that are, I guess, border line knee high. Both of these stand out without looking for it.
