According to the Rambam we can fathom nothing at all about Hashem. I do not believe he ever studied kabbala, and if you study enough Rambam I doubt you’ll believe it either. Look in the Iggeros Harambam, they bring those supposed ‘letters’ and there is almost no doubt that they are forgeries.
