drinking out of a bottle is really disgusting. In fact once on a shidduch I saw a girl do it (there was a glass there she just didn’t pour her water into the glass) and I broke off the shidduch. There were other things too but this was like a last straw kind of thing (if she would have used a straw I would have been OK.)
