The Israel Antiquities Authority announced on Monday that they have uncovered a settlement from the time of the second Bais Hamikdash. According to the Jerusalem Post, the location of the archaeological find is at the Ben-Shemen interchange between Yerushalayim & Tel Aviv. Numerous Mivkaos were uncovered – one of them reportedly being perfectly intact. Some other items found were intact glass vessels, candles, cooking utensils and coins.
