quark- I really dont think whoever drew those manga cartoons and displayed them was thinking so deeply: “Manga cartoons are an icon of japanese culture, which has one of the highest percentages of athiests in the world.” They were probly thinking “what a cute cartoon my kid drew. Let me hang it up to make him feel good.” Seriously, lets not get carried away.. Its a pizza shop. There also happens to be a video machine in the docs office with bob the builder. Next to the seforim. In the Ir Hatorah. And ppl still go.
Btw- I dont think its the same as listening to goyish songs with the words tweaked. That gets me super nervous- but I think most yeshivish ppl r ok with it cuz ther simply clueless.
