2 chickens, cut into 1/8th’s
2 onions, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, cut in half
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
¾ cup sesame seeds
In a food processor bowl, place onions, garlic, ginger, sugar, chili pepper flakes, lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour into a heavy duty Ziploc bag and add chicken. Seal and marinate, refrigerated for 4 to 8 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade and roll to coat in sesame seeds. Place in one layer in a roasting pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
