Joseph: I’m not looking to change the psak I got. Our Rav says no, so it’s a no for us. I am still interested in knowing what the deal is in Manhattan for 2 reasons: 1. I want to know what (and who) my uncle is relying on (I don’t want to ask him because then he’ll feel like we’re questioning his level of observance) and 2. I am just interested in knowing; since it’s clearly a debate, I’d like to know what it’s about. Do you happen to know?
