Yes everyone must Rest In Peace over Shabbos and have the maturity to know when they have the time and when they do not. If you find the CR is interfering with the special kedushas Shabbos touch then YES YOU MUST STAY AWAY EARLIER!!! (Cos Mommy said so!!!!)
