popa: I remember the thread from when it was live (which is how I found it now), and I participated in it. The OP is a long time poster from the beginning of the CR 2.5 years ago (and before that on the main page), and has posted as recently as 5 months ago. She always came across as sincere. Also, I seem to recall the OP remained unaswered for a bit until her daughter responded. The daughter continued posting for a number of months after that.
