hakol-ambien it helps a lot. but then u become addicted and then haveto wean youself off. thats what i did but b”h it worked. another thing i do is let a movie or tv play in the background on mute. it helps me tremendously and thats better than the ambien. u might wake up just to turn it off but its def worth it. or try melatonin.
