I have the same problem lately. I can’t open my mouth wide at all (actually quite small) and it hurts to chew on things weather hard or soft. Also, sometimes my ears hurt and the upper part of my jaw always hurts. At night, when laying down and putting pressure on the jaws it hurts too. What should I do? (Someone told me that going to a dentist won’t help, since he’s not a TMJ doctor)
