fyi—- my co worker said her husband went to a gas station, gave the attendant 50 dollars for gas. when the pump got to 40 dollars it stopped . so he went back to the attendant and said i gave u 50 dollars and told him the denominations of the money and the attendant said ”oh, i must have made a mistake” and let him fill the remaining $10 worth.
imagine how much $ he could make if people don’t pay attention. they can be on the phone, in a hurry, distracted by their kids or something. and then the attendant gets to keep the extra $
