I am here- na, I’m not that much of a smart cookie. Just liked that name. (I do think I’m smart enough to bake!)

For all those dessert pies- YUM and thank you! However, I’m looking for a pie as a side dish rather than a dessert.

The pies with different filling may be interesting, but I need to hear from someone who made it. No time for flops now!

If anyone has an idea to make a simple pie look nice/different- that’s also fine. I just don’t want to make a typical apple pie. I wanna show some effort!
