I was kidding! the next time you go to a restaurant that has them ask them where you can get them. There is a restaurant near me that makes and sells chulent with kishka and on erev shabbos (or Thursday night)if we didn’t get kishka yet the will sell us raw kishka to put in our chulent. I don’t know if any place near you will do this but I can only try.
