2:30PM EST: A construction worker is reporting a jumper off the lower level of the bridge onto the FDR Drive.

UPDATE 2:33PM EST: The jumper has jumped into the East River (not the FDR) but has not resurfaced. The witness is being held by NYPD. Divers are en-route to the scene.

UPDATE 3:00PM EST: FDNY and NYPD divers have removed one body from the water.
