While fighter pilots shadowed Emirates Flight 201 and while investigators searched for any suspicious cargo from Yemen, Long Island’s Anthony Cardinale was waiting and worrying. The Hewlett teacher stood in Terminal 4 of Kennedy Airport for 3 hours. He hadn’t seen his wife for over a month and now she was stuck on a jet being searched for terrorist explosives.
“To have this all happen on the day she comes back, you just want to see her and lay your worries to rest.”
Curiously, friends and relatives on the ground were far more frightened than the passengers who had just made the 14 hour trip from Dubai. The travelers had no idea about the threats against Chicago Synagogues or the bombs found on cargo planes in England and Dubai. None of the New York bound travelers, including David Packles, knew the US Government was launching F-15s to escort their plane.
“In all honesty I think that was a good call by Emirates to say let’s not keep our passengers in a panic right if there is a potential threat on this plane.”
Business Manager Louis Kelley says he was also unaware his plane was the target of suspicion, but his wife in Connecticut knew.
“I travel 110 days of the year and my wife just told me that we’re going to have a long chat when I get home.”
By 6:30 pm, Anthony Cardinale finally spotted his wife. For 180 nerve wracking minutes he’d been worrying about the global terror investigation. It Turned out Kiki Cardinale was just waking up after a sleepy trans-Atlantic flight.
“If I was to know that I would have been scared to death but then I was that tired. I was sleeping all the way back.”

Can you imagine the announcement? The yishmaelim on the plane would have been praising their deity for the “honor” of transporting something of this sort, while the others would be terribly bothered.
and Juan Williams was fired because of his comment about Moslems being on his plane.

Juan Williams who is a liberal news analyst told Bill O’Reilly that he get scare when he see a Moslem in full Moslem dress on the same plane as him. For this he was fired; he was not political correct. Even the liberals are against National Public Radio for this censorship. I know not all MOslem are terrorist not even 5% but all terrorist are Moslem
