Dunno, but I’m going to try and swing by either this or next Sunday. Its got a OK hechser, so my guess is, its run by a Chabad’sker. Smith and 3rd is only a few blocks from the Prospect Park Chabad house, so if in doubt, you can check with them to see if the place is under their watch as well.
