oomis – this thread has shown that it is not COMMON courtesy since it seems there are quite a few girls who dislike it. saying thank you after a date IS common courtesy. No, it doesn’t stick in my craw so much to do it, but it sticks in my craw when it seems like that’s a huge factor. It shouldn’t be. If your husband were exactly the same as he is but didn’t open the door for you, I am sure you would still have a happy marriage. and you didn’t answer my questions. 1) Why can’t she bring up an issue bothering her?
