i know someone (with emotional problems..) who whenever he called places he would start rudely yelling at the sales person and get hysterical..(while winking at me and telling me to relax, he knows what hes doing).. he was spoken to with respect and concern by the ppl on the phone, and he always got what he demanded from them so they shouldnt have an unhappy customer. it made me sick. everyones sooooo careful about dealing with the rude guy that the rude ppl win!! WHY do we have to tolerate it? ther like spoiled children whos parents never say no to them…
