In Rockland County some customers remained without power today, after about 200 lost power during last night’s storm in New City and West Nyack. The remaining outages this morning in Rockland were mostly in Pearl River and Monsey. The utility could not estimate when those customers would be restored. Other power outages reported last night in Ossining and other northern Westchester County areas were restored overnight, officials said. (Journal News)
