smartcookie -Be smart cookie! This is what I would do -cross off any info on the postcard that it came to you. Put the card in the guy’s mailbox or under their door. The neighboor got the message without involving you. Never & I mean never, reveal any private contact info you might know about your neighboor. Cell numbers- whatever. This would be worse than going to your neighboor and handing them the card and saying -this came for you!
