I’ve improved,yet our life experiences create who we are,things take time…

But as we have all learned on this thread, allergies may be the invisible culprit!

So I took mewho’s advice…googled the little “shadowing” technique…at least if I’m going somewhere where it says “perfect nose required”,I will be prepared!
