Watermelon, I think that some forms of mental illness can be caused by what you’ve said ie with the schools and media… mental illnesses like an eating disorder but not all forms are caused by that. Some mental illnesses are really caused by a chemical imbalance in the body, pressure from the outside world has nothing to do with some mental illnesses- for example bipolar or bpd (borderline personality disorder).

Anyone agree with me?
