Wolf what you wrote is nothing to get slammed for but im probably going to get it for this one. Now just know that what im am saying doesnt apply to an emergency or to a handicapped situation.
I feel that someone who double parks needs to work on his middos. It takes a major amount of chutzpah to double park and to block someone who waited 15 minutes for a spot, went inside to shop and is now late but cant pull out because you are blocking her. And you are blocking traffic. And you are causing people to go around you into the oncoming traffic and that is putting so many lives in danger. I saw a horrible accident that happened when someone tried to go around a double parked car. And so what if you are late for mincha? That doesnt give you a right to do things wrong.
And the same applies to someone who cuts someone else off. Or goes through a red light. Or a stop sign. Aggressive drivers need to work on their middos first. What do you think someone says when he is cut off by a Frum Jew? I dont think it has any nice words in it. Besides the chillul Hashem it is really alot of chutzpa.
