The chillul Hashem & breaking the rules were getting on the bus without change, if you do it all the time. In Israel, anything goes, here most drivers follow the regs.; which I’ll repeat, since you are having a hard time grasping them, – not to stop to pick someone up once they close the door or move out of the bus stop!
