After the yomim tovim, you will IY”H be getting mailings from the high schools with information about their open house and entrance exams. And don’t forget your daughter will have her own idea about which school she would like to attend, depending on where her friends are going.
By the way, the Bais Yaakov in Manhatten is VERY expensive, so be warned….
I am not so keen on fourteen year olds having to commute too far so I would look into Shevach if I were you. I never sent there but I know that Mrs. Krohn is excellent, I think she is one of the principals. GOOD LUCK and a good gebenched year!
