In Islam, martyrdom is desirable only under specific conditions (i.e., when Muslim communities are under threat of attack by non-Muslims, or when the Umma – the Muslim equivalent to the Promised Land is occupied and governed by non-Muslims).
this can only hold true for Israel, or Iraq or Afghanistan, this wouldn’t be able to support terrorism in other countries i.e. Times square (even if you want to include America it’s only officers stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan)
