yup chad pami that is the right Novominsker Rebbe he is a mumche(very know. ) with all topics about special needs kids and adults and if you call right after shacharis like 9am he will answer. he is very busy so you must say i have an autistic son or daughter and i am begging you for help. the Rebbe will help you almost instantly. he had a special needs daughter who was sick too so this is close to his heart and he is vey open minded.
