If you are lucky enough to wear contacts than your eyes wont tear when you peel onions.
Also we use parchment paper in the crock pot and it usually does a good job of not leaving any residue behind.
Worst job…hmmm anything where the kitchen isn’t clean or if its crowded…I can’t function.
