Thank you everyone for your advice and encouragement. By today I am feeling fine and hope fully things will stay this way until next month:) I was told that I can take fish oil by a health food store guy but I am a little scared to try it- it makes me nauseous just to think about it! I think I’m going to try it next time.

Sac- i am not sure how you would know how old I am.
