Our morah d’asra who retired in recent years, taught us that. When he was in E”Y he saw the rock or plaque on which it was inscribed, and he gave a drosha on it when he came back. He said this in no uncertain terms, and he is not an extremist in any way. he just wanted to tell us about whst he had seen regarding one’s being m’zalzeil on the Kaddish, by talking when it is said by someone, or in the chazaras hashatz. The line that he read actually said it was an anti-bracha on the person who is doing the talking, and takes his Olam Haba away. I don’t talk during davening so it is not an issue for me, but it certainly is a problem in the shul, in general.
