1) What was your initial motivation for taking up running? (i.e. weight loss, excersize, marathon)
I was getting so bored of the elliptical, so I decided to try running one night, and even though I hardly could do one mile at the time, I felt great! I’ve grown a love for running for exercise, and it helps clear my mind, and I love running in races!
2) Where you successful in meeting that goal? (lost weight, got into excersize routine, ran a marathon)
My list of fitness goals are infinite. I make little ones at a time, but I never stop making new goals for myself. As of right now, my goals are to up my number of reps in different exercises, up my mileage in running, and run in this years NYC marathon.
