asdfghjkl – 2 hours is incredible!! Have you calculated your milage? I usually run around 5 miles 4 or 5 days a week, then run almost 10 miles once a week, but I don’t think I have that kind of endurance yet, to run for that long.
I began running consistently since the beginning of last summer.
When I decided to run, I signed up for a 5k, it was just incredible, and I was hooked ever since.
I had a lot of problems with one of my legs at first (because of a past sport injury), but when I switched shoes, the pain in my leg went away.
I was also stiff in the beginning, so I started stretching after every run for at least 20 minutes. I also took up yoga and pilates, which have helped with my balance and flexibility for when I run.
p.s. my $30 shoes are incredible! They are name brand, and a couple years ago they did cost around $100. My physical therapist approves of them as well, and I guess I’m just a thrifty shopper 🙂
