I might add that for most people this is better than a Daf Hayomi because many of us go to daf yomi and “space out.” At the end of a mesechta how good do we really feel? Do we know the mesechta? Did we really “learn” it? Or did we just listen with half an ear.

Here you do the learning yourself. If you need the assistance get an English set. That is what I use. I walk away every day knowing what I learned and feeling like I did something meaningful.

For those pressed for time and not getting much from their daf shiur, Im sure your Rov will give you a heter to drop daf yomi if you plan on learning Chok consistenly. You can even do it Bechavrusah. Convince a friend to do it with you.
