Rashi lived 950 or so years ago, that is more like 40 generations at least, not 25. In any case, since we Jews have 2 to the 40th power ancestors going back 40 generations (minus the overlapping of ancestors) , it is likely that almost all of us, excluding converts, are descendants of Rashi.
