Kol HaKavod to you!! I agree some girls and woman dress shlumpy. I think some just don’t have that gift to be able to put things together or just don’t even realize it(how they are dressed). Maybe, they are quite comfortable and could care less what you and I think how they look. I also think some don’t have enough finances.
