1- connections! You know someone that knows someone that… you need to spread the word and tell everyone in your path. Make calls to people you feel can help, even if it may be a bit degrading. (I found my job this way and I got 2 of my friends a job this way). And- be persistent, not all potential employers are on top of the resumes coming in, they need reminders! (It also shows your qualities as a potential employee- just don’t get too pushy)
