2:38PM EST: Catskills Hatzolah is on the scene of a serious MVA on Coldsprings Road in Monticello.

The MVA is reported to be a head-on collision.

At least 3 Hatzolah ambulances are on the scene, and paramedics have requested a Medevac to a nearby landing zone to airlift one patient.

UPDATE 2:50PM EST: Hatzolah Paramedics have just placed a second chopper on standby, to possibly airlift a second patient.

UPDATE 2:57PM EST: As per Sullivan 911, the second chopper has been cancelled, and the patient will be transported by ground to a medical facility. [BBuser]
