When i make rice, i usually just use a ratio of 1:2 for rice:Water, cook it on a high flame till it boils, mix it once and then let it simmer on a really low flame for about 50 minutes or untill its done. This pressure cooking method doesn’t seem like it will be saving too much time… but if it comes out that much better than the old fashioned way, then it’s worth a try 🙂
